Hints and Tips when Applying Sobaré Beauty Mineral Cosmetics

It's better to apply bare coverage minerals to a dryer face (make sure face is completely dry and that any moisturizer has completely penetrated) before applying Loose Foundation. If the face is too moist the first layer of Foundation will be applied too heavily and may cause caking.
Sobaré Beauty Cosmetics Loose Mineral Foundation is best applied in light layers with a our Ultimate Face Powder Brush or our Ultimate Kabuki Brush. Less is always better! Let the pure minerals blend with the natural warmth and moisture of your skin for a natural dewey finish.
Basic Application:
Step 1 - Mix...Starting with a small amount of minerals in the lid, angle your brush and swirl vigorously into the lid until all the minerals are absorbed into the tapers of your brush.
Step 2 - Remove excess mineral makeup by...Tapping brush on your mineral container to remove excess minerals. There should be no visible minerals on the outside of the brush.
Step 3 - Apply by...Buffing Sobaré Beauty Cosmetics Loose Minerals foundation into the skin, starting on the outside of your face near your cheek bone, applying in a circular motion as you go. Buff around your face then approach your forehead, buffing away frown lines. Keep buffing until you are satisfied with the coverage.
Note: Before use, remove the seal covering the holes on the sifter or punch a hole thru the holes of the shifter to control volume.

Blush
For a light to medium coverage, slightly dab color to the “apples of your cheek” area with our Blush Brush.
Bronzer
Apply to face in a sweeping motion with our Powder Brush directly over the blush and into the temple area. For an all-over-glow effect, lightly dust on the contour areas of the face, eyes and décolleté.
Face Illuminizers
These provide a very sheer, dewey look. Follow the same guidelines as applying your Bronzer.
Eye Shadow
A good guideline is to apply 3 complimentary colors to your lid starting with the lightest color over your entire lid to the brow bone. Then take the darker color and apply in the eye socket area, blending into the base color. Apply middle shade onto eye lid; blending well.
